At Nxt-Id, Inc. your privacy is very important to us. We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it.

We don’t store personal information unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services.

We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.

We aim to make it as simple as possible for you to control what information you share with us.

Nxt-Id may collect personally identifying information – data in a form that permits direct association with any specific individual. This type of information helps us provide better support for all of our users. The primary type of personally identifying information we have is information you give us. For example, when you purchase your Wocket® and sign up for a Wocket® Account requires you to give us your name, email address and shipping address. Additionally, purchasing a Wocket® requires you to give us your credit card information along with any other information a financial institution would need to process the transaction. We do not retain any credit card information after the transaction is processed and that information does not become part of our collected information.

The personal information we collect allows us to keep you posted on Nxt-Id’s latest product announcements, software updates, and upcoming events. 

From time to time, we may use your personal information to send important notices, such as communications about purchases and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.


Nxt-Id discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Nxt-Id’s behalf, for example shipping information to make a delivery, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Nxt-Id will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone.

Nxt-Id takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.


Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above, Nxt-Id discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when Nxt-Id believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Nxt-Id, third parties or the public at large.

If Nxt-Id, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Nxt-Id may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.


Nxt-Id’s products, services and websites may contain links to third-party websites, products, and services. Our products and services may also use or offer products or services from third parties. Information collected by third parties is governed by their privacy practices. We encourage you to learn about the privacy practices of those third parties.


In some circumstances, using or posting on a chat room, or social networking service, the personal information you share is visible to other users and can be read, collected, or used by them. You are responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these instances. For example, if you list your name and email address in a forum posting, that information is public. Please take care when using these features.


Although most changes are likely to be minor, Nxt-Id may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in Nxt-Id’s sole discretion by posting notification on our Website or otherwise communicating the notification to you. The changes will become effective, and shall be deemed accepted by you, after the initial posting and shall apply on a going-forward basis with respect to transactions initiated after the posting date. In the event that you do not agree with any such modification, your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate your use of your Wocket® and the Wocket® Services.
